How It Works

Control heating fast like you control lights

Halia™ warming is based on radiant heat. Low voltage pixelated warming units are integrated to a wide range of interior surface materials. Positioned near the surface in large areas, heating control becomes real-time and as effortless as controlling lighting.

Made of a paper-thin light weight metal mesh, Halia radiant warmers seamlessly integrate into walls, floors, doors, furniture, and other furnishings, requiring no extra space or added weight from the surface heaters.

High-volume manufacturing processes efficiently integrate Halia warmers into surfaces while minimizing impact on original material properties such as bending, stretching, or breathability. No plastics or separate bonding films are used in the system.

Renovations

Halia™ radiant warmers can be retrofitted into interior surfaces of existing homes and buildings. The ultra-thin technology is incorporated inside the surface materials and can be controlled and powered through commonly found home automation interfaces. This ease of installation supports the EU target of renovating up to 35 million buildings by 2030 to improve energy efficiency.

New construction

Our slimline integrated design can be prefabricated into building elements for modular construction. This eliminates the need for heavy, space-consuming heaters, gives architects more design flexibility, and supports a lower CO2 footprint in the transportation phase.
